HDTV shooting on location.
The typical property takes about 1-2 hours to complete the shooting process from the time our video crew arrives at your location. Our crew will use a combination of stabilized flying camera and tripod mounted shots to obtain high quality video footage using a stabilized HDTV camera in every important area of the property.
Video capture and editing.
Once you video has been shot, the raw footage is transferred to our editing system where we choose the highest quality shots, and place the
digital transitions between them.
Audio production and final assembly.
After your video clips have been assembled, we apply the appropriate background music and any text elements that have been requested to appear in the video. If you video requires narration, your script is recorded using professional quality audio equipment and applied to the final soundtrack.
Encoding and preparation for Internet delivery.
Finally, your video is compressed for delivery using Macromedia Flash, Apple Quicktime H.264 and Windows Media for Internet delivery. Copies of your video are uploaded to the MLS sites you have chosen and to the featured video portal websites that we support. Additionally, a broadcast quality master copy is created on a DVD disk for your archival purposes.
The entire process usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver the completed product. Your project is typically available on the Internet in completed form in one day after shooting the property. Should you request any additional features or have any unique requirements for your video virtual tour, this may effect the production time slightly. |
